Abstract: | Kewajiban membayar Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan adalah salah satu kebijakan pemerintah untuk melancarkan jalannya roda pemerintahan yang mengurusi segala kepentingan rakyat sendiri. Pengorbanan itu adalah untuk kepentingannya sendiri dari generasi ke generasi. Oleh sebab itu, dengan adanya sosialisasi diharapkan kepatuhan ewajib pajak dapat timbul dari diri wajib pajak. Sehingga wajib pajak sadar akan kewajiban-kewajibannya dalam hal membayar pajak, khususnya Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan. The obligation to pay Land and Building Tax is one of them government policy to smooth the running of government take care of the interests of the people themselves. The sacrifice was for own interests from generation to generation. Therefore, by existing socialization is expected that taxpayer compliance can arise from taxpayers themselves. So that taxpayers are aware of their obligations in terms of paying taxes, especially Land and Building Tax. |
