Abstract: Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis sekaligus mengetahui lokasi pusat distribusi dan rute distribusi yang optimal produk daun pintu yang dihasilkan PT. Sumatera Timberindo Industry. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer data sekunder masing–masing variabel jarak tempuh (X1), waktu tempuh (X2), jumlah permintaan (X3), kapasitas produksi (X4), kapasitas gudang (X5), biaya tetap (X6), biaya handling (X7), biaya distribusi (X8) dan biaya gudang (X9). Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan analisis mixed integer linear programming (MILP) dan vehicle routing problem (VRP) dengan menggunakan software Lingo 11.0. Hasil analisis yang didapatkan : 1) Hasil analisis Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) menetapkan bahwa pendistribusian daun Pintu yang dihasilkan PT. Sumatera Timberindo Industry yang optimal dilakukan melalui empat Gudang Pusat Distribusi. The aim of this research is to analyze and find out the location of the distribution center and the optimal distribution route for the leaf product produced by PT. Sumatra Timberindo Industry. This study uses primary data secondary data each variable mileage (X1), travel time (X2), number of requests (X3), production capacity (X4), warehouse capacity (X5), fixed costs (X6), handling costs ( X7), distribution costs (X8) and warehouse costs (X9). The collected data were analyzed by mixed integer linear programming (MILP) and vehicle routing problem (VRP) analysis using Lingo 11.0 software. The results of the analysis obtained: 1) The results of the Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) analysis determined that the distribution of Pintu leaves produced by PT. Sumatra Timberindo Industry is optimally carried out through four Distribution Center Warehouses.
