dc.description.abstract | Kesimpulan penulis dari penelitian ini ada lah sebagai berikut : 1 . Kebijaksanaan kompensasi belum mampu memberikan kepuasan kepada para karyawan. 2. Gaya kepemimpinan yang dipakai perusahaan masih cenderung bersifat otokratis. 3 . Metode yang dipakai untuk meningkatkan prestasi kerja perusahaan melalui motivasi positif dan negatif . 4 . Belum diterapkan pemberian penghargaan secara berkesinambungan. 5. Bidang usaha perusahaan bergerak dalam produksi kertas agama dalam hal ini untuk agama Budha dengan pangsa pasar luar negeri. The author's conclusions from this research are as follows: 1 . Compensation policy has not been able to provide satisfaction to employees. 2. The leadership style used by the company still tends to be autocratic. 3 . The method used to improve the company's work performance is through positive and negative motivation. 4 .
