dc.description.abstractPerhitungan harga pokok produksi (HPP) merupakan hal yang penting untuk di perhatikan dalam menentukan harga jual produk. Perhitungan harga pokok produksi harus di lakukan oleh setiap perusahaan karena tanpa adanya perhitungan harga pokok produksi yang tepat dan akurat, perusahaan manufaktur yang bersangkutan akan mengalami masalah dalam penentuan harga jual suatu produk. Peneliatian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketepatan pengklasifikasian biaya dalam perhitungan harga pokok produksi serta mengetahui penentuan harga jual roti pada perusahaan roti Double Bread. Metode dari penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Pengumpulan harga pokok produksi adalam metode harga pokok proses (process cost method) sedangkan metode penentuan pokok produksi adalah metode pendekatan variable costing. Calculating the cost of production (HPP) is an important thing to pay attention to when determining the selling price of a product. The calculation of the cost of production must be carried out by every company because without a precise and accurate calculation of the cost of production, the manufacturing company concerned will experience problems in determining the selling price of a product. product. This research aims to determine the accuracy of cost classification in calculating the cost of production and determine the selling price of bread at the Double Bread bakery company. The method of this research is descriptive. The collection of the cost of production is in the process cost method, while the method for determining the cost of production is the variable costing approach.en_US
