Abstract: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah penempatan memberi pengaruh dalam meningkatan kine:rja pegawai di Kantor Samsat Medan Selatan, untuk mengetahui apakah disiplin pegawai memberi pengaruh dalam meningkatan kinerja pegawai Kantor Samsat Medan Selatan dan untuk mengetahui apakah penempatan dan disiplin pegawai memberi pengaruh dalam meningkatan kinerja karyawan di Kantor Samsat Medan Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. The purpose of this research is to find out whether placement have an influence in improving employee performance at the Samsat Office South Medan, to find out whether employee discipline has an impact in improving the performance of South Medan Samsat Office employees and for find out whether employee placement and discipline have an internal influence increasing employee performance at the South Medan Samsat Office.
