| Abstract: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah tipe kepemimpinan mempengaruhi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Balai Diklat Keuangan (BDK) Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai tetap yang ada di Kantor Balai Diklat Keuangan (BDK) Medan yang berjumlah 54 orang. The aim of this research is to find out what type Leadership influences employee performance at the Hall Office Medan Financial Training (BDK). The population in this study were employees who remain at the Medan Financial Education and Training Center (BDK) Office are numbered 54 people. |
