dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan pusat biaya dalam penilaian prestasi manajer pada PT. PLN (PERSERO) Wilayah II Sumatera Utara Medan. Penulis dalam pengumpulan data yang diperlukan untuk melengkapi Skripsi ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Kepustakaan dan Penelitian Lapangan. Penelitian kepustakaan dilakukan dengan cara mencari data melalui teks book, diktat, majalah dan bacaan lain yang berkaitan dengan topik yang penulis teliti. Sedangkan penelitian lapangan penulis langsung pada objek yang diteliti dengan mengadakan interview, kuisioner. Penelitian ini, penulis membandingkan apakah penerapan pusat biaya dalarn penilaian prestasi menejer pada PT. PLN (PERSERO) Wilayah II Sumatera Utara Medan telah sesuai dengan teori-teori yang ada yang merupakan dasar dalam analisis dan evaluasi sehingga penulis dapat pengambilan kesimpulan dalam penulisan skripsi ini. This research aims to find out how the cost center is implemented in assessing manager performance at PT. PLN (PERSERO) Region II North Sumatra Medan. In collecting the data needed to complete this thesis, the author used library research and field research methods. Literature research is carried out by searching for data through text books, diktats, magazines and other reading materials related to the topic the author is researching. Meanwhile, the author's field research went directly to the object under study by conducting interviews and questionnaires. In this research, the author compares whether the application of cost centers in assessing managerial performance at PT. PLN (PERSERO) Region II North Sumatra Medan is in accordance with existing theories which are the basis for analysis and evaluation so that the author can draw conclusions in writing this thesis. | en_US |
