dc.descriptionPembahasan skripsi ini meletakkan pegawai pada fungsi yang semestinya adalah menjadi amat penting dalam kegiatannya sebagai abdi negara dan abdi masyarakat. Pada dasarnya sering kali pegawai negeri merupakan suatu sosok yang hanya turut perintah atasannya, baik itu dalam hal pelaksanaan tugas-tugasnya maupun bidang-bidang yang dikerjakannya. Hal ini berakibat tidak efektifuya pekerjaan yang dilakukan pegawai negeri tersebut sehingga dengan demikian secara langsung berakibat tugas-tugas yang dijalankannya tidak menghasilkan hasil yang maksimal. Keadaan ini harus dapat dikendalikan dengan adanya formalisasi dan pembagian kerja yang benar-benar mewujudkan potensi pegawai tersebut sehingga terciptanya suatu efisiensi kerja. Permasalahan yang diajukan adalah apakah terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara pelaksanaan formalisasi terhadap efisiensi kerja pegawai di Bagian Administrasi Perekonomian Pemerintah Kota Medan. Untuk membahas permasalahan tersebut maka dilakukan penelitian secara kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan di Bagian Administrasi Perekonomian Pemerintah Kota Medan dengan cara angketen_US
dc.description.abstractThe. discussion of this thesis puts the empoloyee, at the function that important in his activity as state officer and society officer. Basically, the civil servant is a figure that obey to his superior, either in the impolementation of his task or other field. This cause ineffectiveness of the work by civil servant that cause the task did not give a rna.xirnum outcomes directly this condition must controlled by formalization and job description for the realizastion of job efficiency. The problem is 'is there a poositive influience betwween formalization to the job efficiency of employee at Economic Administrastion Depasrtment of Local Government of Medan. In order to discuss the. problem, it conduct a researc,h as library and field research at Economic Administrastion Depasrtment of Local Government of Medan. The results of research and discussion describe that based on the price r from this research (0.98) is higher than table price (0.361) it concluded that the alternative hypothesis is accepted, i.e. : Ha : There is influence between formalization and job efficiency of civil servant at Economic Administrastion Depasrtment of Local Government of Medan. Absed on the resdults as mentioned in previous chapters, it concluded that the formalizatio.n at the Economic Administrastion Depasrtment of Local Government of Medan has a positive value. because approach the score 3. as well as the job efficiency of the civil servant at Economic Administrastion Depasrtment of Local Government of Medan that has a poositive value. Formalization is an independent unit that support, in which by the formalizastion will build a regualrity in job description for the impolementation of the work efficiently based on determined formalizastion. Job efficiency is build by synchronization between the impolementation and work outcome by any supports. The job efficiency is felt by the worker by compare, it to the previous worken_US
