Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kinexja manajerial dengan menerapkan konsep Economic Value Added (EVA) pada Rumah Sakit Martha Friska Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengukuran kinexja Return on Investment (ROI) sebagai pembanding. Return On Investment (ROI) merupakan pengukuran kemampuan perusahaan secara keseluruhan didalam menghasilkan keuntungan dengan jumlah keselurhan aktiva yang tersedia didalam perusahaan, sedangkan Economic Value Added (EVA) adalah pengukuran kinexja yag dihitung dengan cara mengurangkan Net Operating Profit After Tax (NOPAT) dengan biaya modal. This research aims to assess managerial performance by applying Economic Value Added (EVA) concept at Martha Friska Hospital Medan. This research uses Return on Investment (ROI) performance measurements as a comparison. Return On Investment (ROI) is a measurement the company's overall ability to generate profits with the total amount of assets available within the company, whereas Economic Value Added (EVA) is a performance measurement that is calculated using how to reduce Net Operating Profit After Tax (NOPAT) with expenses capital.
