dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kecenderungan rasa aman dalam bekerja pada karyawan, tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan dan pengaruh keamanan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap keinginan keluar pada karyawan PT. Tirta Raya Abadi Medan, . Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai PT. Tirta Raya Abadi Medan berjumlah 70 orang, data yang dikumpulkan dari basil menyebarkan kuesioner kepada seluruh pegawai PT. Tirta Raya Abadi Medan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji hipotesis. Basil penelitian ini adalah bahwa keamanan kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keinginan keluar pekerjaan sedangkan kepuasan kerja tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keinginan keluar pekerjaan. Besarnya pengaruh keamanan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap variabel keinginan keluar pekerjaan sebesar 58,8 % sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.
