Pengaruh Biaya Produksi terhadap Harga Pokok Produksi pada Perseroan Terbatas Industri,Karet Nusantara Medan

Abstract

Perseroan Terbatas Industri Karet Nusantara merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi benang karet tentu didukung oleh mesin dan peralatan di setiap tahapan prosesnya dan hams dioperasikan dengan efektif dan efisien. Perusahaan ini bergerak di bidang pembuatan benang karet yang bahan dasarnya berasal dari karet. Penelian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah biaya produksi memberi pengaruh terhadap harga pokok produksi pada Perseroan T erbatas Industri Karet Nusantara Medan. Jenis penelitian yang peneliti lakukan adalah melalui penelitian deskriptif. Data yang digunakan peneliti dalam melakukan penelitian adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif, sedangkan sumber data yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dari penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi sedangkan untuk menganalisis data yang telah terkumpul dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi. Dari hasil analisis regresi diperoleh jawaban atas rumusan masalah bahwa benar biaya produksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga pokok produksi pada Perseroan Terbatas lndustri Karet Nusantara Medan, hal ini terbukti dari: a. Model memiliki elastisitas karena nilai t 48,095 > 1. b. Berdasarkan hasil uji t maka diperoleh persamaan regresi Y 1066045284,328 + 0,825X yang mengandung arti variabel X memberi f)engaruh positifterhadap variabel Y, maksudnyajika X naik maka Y akan ikut naik atau sebaliknya. c. Diperoleh nilai Beta X sebesar 0,825, hal ini menjelaskanjika variabel x naik 1 satuan memberi pengaruh y naik sebesar 0,825 atau 82,5%. d. Nilai t hitung 48,095> t tabel 1,684 yang mengandung arti bahwa hipotesis (H0 ) diterima bahwa benar biaya produksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga pokok produksi pada Perseroan Terbatas Industri Karet Nusantara Medan. e. Pengaruh Biaya Produksi (V ariabel X) terhadap Harga Pokok Produksi (Variabel Y) adalah sebesar 98,6%, dan sisa sebesar 1,4 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak disertakan dalam penelitian ini. Company is engaged in the manufacture of rubber thread whose basic ingredients come from rubber. This research aims to find out whether production costs provide influence on the cost of production in the Rubber Industry Limited Company Medan Archipelago. The type of research that researchers carry out is through research descriptive. The data used by researchers in conducting research is data qualitative and quantitative, while the data sources are primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques for this research are interviews and documentation Meanwhile, to analyze the data that has been collected in this research, researchers used descriptive analysis and regression analysis. From the results of the regression analysis, the answer to the problem formulation is obtained It is true that production costs have a positive and significant effect on the cost price production at the Medan Nusantara Rubber Industry Limited Company, this is proven from: a. The model has elasticity because the t value is 48.095 > 1. b. Based on the results of the t test, the regression equation Y is obtained 1066045284.328 + 0.825X which contains the meaning of variable f) positive influence on variable Y, meaning that if X rises then Y will follow up or vice versa. c. Obtained Beta X value of 0.825, this explains if variable x increases by 1 unit gives the effect of y increasing by 0.825 or 82.5%. d. The calculated t value is 48.095> t table 1.684 which means that the hypothesis (H0) is accepted that production costs have a positive and significant effect on the cost of production at the Rubber Industry Limited Liability Company Medan Archipelago. e. Effect of Production Costs (V variable X) on Cost of Goods Production (Variable Y) is 98.6%, and the remaining 1.4% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.
