Abstract: | Ekstensifikasi Wajib Pajak meliputi dua kegiatan utama yaitu kegiatan yang terkait dengan penambahan jumlah Wajib Pajak terdaftar dan kegiatan yang terkait dengan perluasan objek pajak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan penambahan jumlah wajib pajak terdaftar orang pribadi pada KPP Pratama Binjai. Data yang digunakan berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan dokumentasi di Seksi Ekstensifikasi. Pelaksanaan Ekstensifikasi terdiri dari tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Hal ini adalah tanggung jawab Seksi Ekstensifikasi bekerja sama dengan seksi PDI, Pelayanan, dan Waskon. Ekstensifikasi Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi dilaksanakan dengan cara identifikasi data, melakukan sosialisasi dan pendataan kepihak-pihak terkait, mengirimkan surat himbauan pendaftaran Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi, dan pemberian NPWP kepada Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi barn. Dalam pelaksanaan ekstensifikasi Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi, terdapat faktor yang mendukung antara lain: syarat pembuatan NPWP yang tidak sulit, semakin banyaknya aktivitas atau kegiatan yang mensyaratkan kepemilikan NPWP, kebijakan DJP yang dinamis dalam upaya penambahan Wajib Pajak, reformasi birokrasi di tubuh DJP danjajarannya serta pandangan masyarakat yang mulai membaik terhadap DJP. Sedangkan faktor yang menghambat antara lain: kurang aktif dalam pelaksanaan penyisiran (canvassing), kurangnya koordinasi dan belum adanya integrasi database perpajakan dengan instansi lain, tingkat kesadaran Wajib Pajak. Taxpayer extensification includes two main activities, namely activities related to increasing the number of registered Taxpayers and related activities related to the expansion of tax objects. This study aims to determine implementation of increasing the number of individual registered taxpayers at the KPP Primary Binjai. The data used is based on the results of interviews and documentation in the Extensification Section. Implementation of Extensification consists of preparation, implementation, and stages supervision. This is the responsibility of the Extensification Section to work together with PDI, Services and Waskon sections. Extensification of Individual Taxpayers Personal activities are carried out by means of data identification, socialization and data collection to related parties, sending letters of appeal for mandatory registration Personal Tax, and granting NPWP to new Individual Taxpayers. In implementing individual taxpayer extensification, there are factors supports include: the requirements for making a NPWP are not difficult, more so the number of activities or activities that require ownership of a NPWP, policies DJP is dynamic in its efforts to increase taxpayers, bureaucratic reform in the DJP body and its ranks as well as the public's view which is starting to improve towards DJP. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include: lack of activity in implementation canvassing, lack of coordination and no database integration taxation with other agencies, level of Taxpayer awareness. |
