dc.description.abstractDalam studi ini, bahan komposit alami dikombinasi (hibrid) dengan bahan sintetis untuk menghasilkan bahan komposit laminat baru dengan sifat mekanik yang lebih baik dari bahan-bahan penyusunan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menghitung nilai Total Data Keseluruhan (TDK), Rata-rata Data Keseluruhan (RDK), Jumlah Kuadrat Keseluruhan (JKS), Jumlah Kuadrat Perlakuan (JKP), dan Analisis efektifitas selubung komposit laminat jute e-glass berdasarkan kekuatan lenturnya dengan metode Anova. Pengujian lentur menggunakan standar uji ASTM D790 dan proses pencetakan dengan menggunakan metode vacuum bagging. Bahan-bahan yang digunakan ialah lembaran jute dan e-glass anyaman. Bahan epoksi dipergunakan sebagai matriks komposit. Berdasarkan hasil analisis Anova diperoleh bahwa bahan komposit hibrid secara signifikan meningkatkan kekuatan lentur komposit laminat sebab nilai errornya yaitu 0,004 jauh lebih kecil dari batas galat yang diizinkan (α = 0.5). In this study, natural composite materials were combined (hybrid) with synthetic materials to produce new laminated composite materials with better mechanical properties than the constituent materials. This study aims to calculate the value of Overall Total Data (TDK), Overall Average Data (RDK), Overall Total Squares (JKS), Total Treatment Squares (JKP), and Analysis of the effectiveness of e-glass laminated jute composite casing based on its flexural strength with ANOVA method. The flexural test uses the ASTM D790 test standard and the printing process uses the vacuum bagging method. The materials used are jute sheets and woven e-glass. Epoxy material is used as a composite matrix. Based on the results of the ANOVA analysis, it was found that the hybrid composite material significantly increased the flexural strength of the laminate composite because the error value of 0.004 was much smaller than the permissible error limit (α = 0.5).en_US
