Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lokasi usaha, lama usaha dan jam kerja terhadap peningkatan pendapatan usaha mikro kecil menengah di pasar Sibolga Nauli, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh UMKM yang terdaftar di dinas perindustrian dan perdagangan yang berjumlah 360 pelaku UMKM. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Non Probability Sampling dengan cara Purposive Sampling sehingga terdapat 77 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan menyebarkan kuesioner/angket. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SPSS 25 for windows. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan analisis data terdiri dari uji statistik deskriptif, uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan uji parsial diketahui nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (<0,05) maka berkesimpulan bahwa variabel lokasi usaha, lama usaha dan jam kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel pendapatan. This research aims to determine the effect of business location, length of business and working hours on increasing the income of micro, small and medium enterprises in the Sibolga Nauli market. The population in this study is all MSMEs registered with the industry and trade service, totaling 360 MSMEs. The sampling technique used in this research was Non Probability Sampling using Purposive Sampling so that there were 77 samples. The data collection technique uses observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires. Data processing was carried out using SPSS 25 for Windows software. The approach used in this research is a quantitative research method, with data analysis consisting of descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Based on the partial test, it is known that the significance value is 0.000 (<0.05), so it can be concluded that the variables of business location, length of business and working hours simultaneously influence the income variable.
