dc.description.abstract | PLTB (pembangkit listrik tenaga bayu) adalah salah satu sumber energi terbarukan yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai pengganti energi konvensional yang cadangan bahan baku energinya semakin hari semakin berkurang. PLTB sangat bermanfaat juga bagi daerah yang potensi angin yang memadai untuk penggunaan PLTB diamana di daerah tersebut sulit mendapatkan energi listrik yang memadai. Dalam perancangan pembangunan PLTB harus terlebih dahulu memperhatikan potensi angin di daerah tersebut, dan rancangan PLTB untuk penerangan lampu dermaga Pulau Panjang dibutuhkan perhitungan yang akurat untuk dapat menentukan sistem PLTB yang optimal. Beberapa faktor yang di hitung dalam perancangan yaitu potensi daya yang dapat di bangkitkan, jumlah beban yang dilayani sistem, dan kebutuhan turbin, dari hasil perhitungan skripsi ini di dapatkan daya harian yang dapat dibangkitkan oleh turbin angin sebesar 597,6212 Wd untuk beban lampu penerangan dermaga 540 Wh. PLTB (wind power plant) is one of the renewable energy sources that can be used as a substitute for conventional energy whose reserves of energy raw materials are decreasing day by day. PLTB is also very useful for areas with adequate wind potential for the use of PLTB where it is difficult to obtain adequate electrical energy in these areas. In planning the PLTB construction, it must first pay attention to the wind potential in the area, and the PLTB design for lighting the Pulau Panjang pier lights requires accurate calculations to be able to determine the optimal PLTB system. Several factors are calculated in the design, namely the potential power that can be generated, the amount of load served by the system, and the needs of the turbine. From the results of this thesis calculation, the daily power that can be generated by a wind turbine is 597.6212 Wd for the load of dock lighting 540 Wh. | en_US |
