dc.description.abstractPT. Sumber Anugerah Sukses merupakan usaha di bidang produksi plastik HD, PE, plastik assoy dan cup. Mesin cutting adalah salah satu mesin produksi plastik, dimana kinerja mesin cutting dipengaruhi oleh temperatur, pisau, dan tekanan. Menetapkan quality control yang baik merupakan visi perusahaan ini, namun masih terdapat cacat produk yang tidak sesuai dengan standarisasi kualitas yang diharapkan. Kegagalaan produksi menimbulkan permasalahan seperti meningkat waktu produksi, berkurangnya hasil produksi, dan permasalahan biaya. Maka dilakukanlah analisis Failure Modes and Effects Analysis dengan alat bantu pengendalian kualitas seperti histogram, diagram pareto, peta kendali C, dan fishbone. Berdasarkan analisis pareto kategori ABC terdapat 4 cacat yang masuk dalam kategori A dan B yang menjadi priotitas utama untuk diperbaiki. Dilanjutkan melakukan analisis peta kendali C dan membuat peta kendali revisi untuk semua control chart yang belum terkendali. Pada analisis FMEA diperoleh hasil berdasarkan nilai RPN peringkat pertama, pisau seal kotor menyebabkan lem tidak merekat dengan nilai RPN 294,62. Peringkat kedua, tekanan pisau sealer tidak sesuai menyebabkan plastik bocor dengan RPN 264,38. Peringkat ketiga, temperatur tidak stabil menyebabkan sambungan tidak kuat dengan RPN 257,52. Analisis fishbone berdasarkan peringkat pertama FMEA menunjukkan bahwa mesin merupakan faktor utama terjadinya kegagalan hasil produksi cutting yang disebabkan karena temperatur mesin tidak stabil, tekanan pisau tidak sesuai, pisau seal tidak bisa merekatkan plastik dan pisau pemotong tidak tajam. PT. Sumber Anugerah Sukses is a business in the field of HD plastic production, PE, plastic assoy and cup. The cutting machine is one of the plastic production machines, where Cutting machine performance is influenced by temperature, blade, and pressure. Set Good quality control is the vision of this company, but there are still defects products that do not comply with expected quality standards. Failure production causes problems such as increasing production time, reducing production results, and cost issues. Then an analysis of Failure Modes and is carried out Effects Analysis with quality control tools such as histograms, diagrams Pareto, C control chart, and fishbone. Based on Pareto analysis, there are ABC categories 4 defects that fall into categories A and B are the main priority for repaired. Continue to analyze control chart C and create a control chart revision for all uncontrolled control charts. In FMEA analysis it is obtained results based on the first ranked RPN value, a dirty seal knife causes no glue they recorded an RPN value of 294.62. Second place, sealer blade pressure is not appropriate causes the plastic to leak with an RPN of 264.38. Third place, no temperature stable causes the connection to be weak with RPN 257.52. Fishbone analysis based on the first FMEA ranking shows that the engine is a factor The main cause of failure in cutting production results is caused by temperature the machine is unstable, the knife pressure is not appropriate, the seal knife cannot glue the plastic and the cutting knife was not sharp.en_US
