dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kreativitas, dan Dukungan Keluarga terhadap Niat Berwirausaha (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa USU Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis prodi Manajemen Stambuk 2020).Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa S1 Manajemen stambuk 2020 berjumlah 276 orang. Hasil Uji-F menunjukkan bahwa,kreativitas dan Dukungan Keluarga secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Niat Berwirausaha Pada Mahasiswa Manajemen S-I Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis USU Sedangkan hasil Uji -t menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas dan Dukungan Keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Niat berwirausaha. Faktor Kreativitas dan Dukungan Keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Niat berwirausaha Pada Mahasiswa USU Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Prodi Manajemen Stambuk 2020. Dari hasil analisis koefisien determinan diperoleh nilai R Adjusted Square (R2) sebesar 0,275 hal ini berarti 27,5% variabel Niat berwirausaha dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kreativitas dan Dukungan Keluarga sehingga dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Creativity and Family Support on Entrepreneurial Intentions (Case Study of USU Students, Faculty of Economics and Business, Stambuk Management Study Program 2020). The objects of this research are all 276 Stambuk Management S1 students in 2020. The results of the F-Test show that creativity and Family Support together have a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Intentions in Management Students at USU's Faculty of Economics and Business. Meanwhile, the t-test results show that creativity and Family Support have a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Intentions. . Creativity and family support factors have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions among USU students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Stambuk Management Study Program 2020. From the results of the determinant coefficient analysis, the R Adjusted Square (R2) value is 0.275, this means that 27.5% of the entrepreneurial intention variable can be achieved. explained by the variables creativity and Family Support so that it can be explained by other variables not examined in this research.en_US
