Pengaruh Struktur Modal, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan Dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sub Sektor Makanan Dan Minuman Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2018-2021

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal pertumbuhan perusahaan dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2018 2021. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah asosiatif . Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Seluruh Perusahaan makan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yaitu 30 Perusahaan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria terdapat 64 Perusahaan sector makanan dan minuman. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan mengumpulkan laporan keuangan perusahaan tahun 2018- 2021 Teknik yang dilakukan peneliti untuk mengumpulkan data adalah teknik dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji autokorelasi, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linier berganda, uji T, uji determinasi (R^2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan Pada Perusahaan, struktur modal, pertumbuhan perusahaan dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman Terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2018-2021 This research aims to determine the effect of capital structure, company growth and company size on company value in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. The type of research used is associative. The population in this research is all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely 30 companies. The sample for this research is companies that meet the criteria, there are 64 companies in the food and beverage sector. The data source used in this research is secondary data by collecting company financial reports for 2018- 2021. The technique used by researchers to collect data is documentation techniques. This research uses descriptive statistical tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, autocorrelation tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, T tests, determination tests (R^2). The results of the research show that capital structure has a significant positive effect on company value, company growth has a significant positive effect on company value and company size has a significant positive effect on company value. In companies, capital structure, company growth and company size have a significant positive effect on company value in the food sub sector and drinks listed on the IDX for 2018-2021
