Analisis Beban Kerja Fisik Dan Mental Menggunakan Metode Fisiologi Dan Defence Research Agency Workload Scale (Draws) Pada Ud Akbar Jaya Bakery

Abstract

Akbar Jaya Bakery adalah usaha kecil dan menengah di bidang makanan jenis roti yang berlokasi di Jalan Sempurna, Kecamatan Medan Amplas, Kota Medan. Salah satu kendala yang dialami UD Akbar Jaya adalah karena target produksi yang tinggi, pekerja sering mengalami jam pulang yang tidak sesuai dengan jadwal kepulangan agar dapat mencapai target permintaan konsumen, sehingga tidak mempertimbangkan batas kelelahan, Kesehatan, kenyamanan pekerja dalam melakukan pekerjaannya membuktikan bahwa tingkat produktivitas pekerja menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis beban kerja fisik dan mental para pekerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Fisiologi dan metode DRAWS. Hasil pengelolaan data metode fisiologis berupa % klasifikasi CVL dan konsumsi energi, dalam klasifikasi % CVL <30% kelelahan tidak terjadi, diperlukan perbaikan 30%-60%, 60%-80% bekerja dalam waktu singkat, diperlukan tindakan mendesak 80%-100% >100% tidak diperbolehkan melakukan aktivitas. Klasifikasi metode DRAWS dari total skor <40% underload, 40% -60% optimal load, >60% over load. Akbar Jaya Bakery is a small and medium business in the bread type food sector which is located on Perfect Street, Medan Amplas District, Medan City. Wrong One obstacle experienced by UD Akbar Jaya was due to the production target high, workers often experience home hours that do not match their schedule return in order to achieve target consumer demand, so no consider fatigue limits, health, worker comfort doing their work proves the level of worker productivity decrease. This research aims to analyze physical and mental workload the employees. The method used in this research is the Physiological method and DRAWS method. The results of physiological method data management are in the form of % classification CVL and energy consumption, in the classification % CVL <30% fatigue does not occur, 30%-60% repair required, 60%-80% work in short time, Urgent action required 80%-100% >100% not allowed activity. DRAWS method classification of total score <40% underload, 40% -60% optimal load, >60% over load.
