dc.description.abstractPeran guru dalam komunikasi interpersonal yang terjalin baik antara guru dan peserta didik sangat diperlukan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi numerasi peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran komunikasi interpersonal guru dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi numerasi peserta didik pada pelajaran matematika di SDN 176378 Jangga Dolok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi deskriptif dengan pendekatan Devito yaitu keterbukan, empati, sikap mendukung, sikap positif, dan kesetaraan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran guru dalam komunikasi interpersonal menunjukkan terdapat keterbukaan, empati, sikap mendukung, sikap positif, dan kesetaraan. Peran guru sangat mempengaruhi kemampuan peserta didik yang bukan hanya sekedar mengajar atau memberikan ilmu kepada peserta didik tetapi juga sebagai pendidik, pembimbing, motivator, administrator, evaluator, juga sebagai teladan bagi peserta didik. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran guru dalam komunikasi interpersonal dapat meningkatkan kemampuan literasi numerasi peserta didik. The role of teachers in interpersonal communication that is well established between teachers and students is needed in improving students' numeracy literacy skills. This study aims to determine how the role of teachers' interpersonal communication in improving students' numeracy literacy skills in mathematics lessons at SDN 176378 Jangga Dolok. This research uses descriptive study method with Devito's approach, namely openness, empathy, supportive attitude, positive attitude, and equality. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the teachers role in interpersonal communication shows that there are elements stated by Devito, namely openness, empathy, supportive attitudes, positive attitudes, and equality. The role of the teacher greatly affects the ability of students who are not just teaching or providing knowledge to students but also as educators, mentors, motivators, administrators, evaluators, as well as role models for students. So it can be concluded that the teachers role in interpersonal communication can improve students' numeracy literacy skills.en_US
