Analisis Penerapan Metode 5s (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) Pada Lingkungan Kerja Di Hr Coffee Shop

Abstract

Hr Coffee Shop merupakan salah satu coffee shop yang berada di Kota Indrapura, Kabupaten Batu Bara. Hr Coffee Shop merupakan coffee shop terlama di Kota Indrapura. Hr Coffee Shop masih menjadi andalan bagi masyarakat khususnya di Kota Indrapura. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui gambaran dan menganilisis penerapan metode 5S pada lingkungan kerja Hr Coffee Shop. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti melakukan wawancara langsung dengan pemilik dan pekerja dan melakukan observasi di tempat penelitian. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke). Tahapan metode 5S yaitu mengalisis pada lingkungan kerja Hr Coffee Shop, sebelum dan sesudah perbaikan. Dalam penelitian ini bahwa Hr Coffee Shop sudah melakukan penerapan 5S terhadap lingkungan kerja. Karena tidak lagi ditemukan peralatan dan bahan baku yang berserakan. Kemudian pada rak penyimpanan sudah dibuat rak aqua dan tempat gelas kopi yang sebelumya diletakkan diatas mesin kopi dan tentunya ada foster-foster mengenai 5S. HR Coffee Shop is one of the coffee shops located in Indrapura City, Batu Bara Regency. HR Coffee Shop is the oldest coffee shop in Indrapura City. HR Coffee Shop is still a mainstay for the community, especially in Indrapura City. This research aimed to describe and analyze the application of the 5S method in the HR Coffee Shop work environment. In this research, researchers conducted direct interviews with owners and workers and made observations at the research site. The method used was the 5S method (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke). The 5S method stage was by analyzing the HR Coffee Shop work environment before and after repairs. The result showed that HR Coffee Shop had implemented the 5S practices in the work environment because no equipment and raw materials were scattered around. Then, on the storage shelf, a mineral water shelf and a coffee cup holder had been made that was previously placed above the coffee machine, and of course, there were posters about 5S.
