dc.description.abstract | Polimer merupakan molekul raksasa (mikromolekul) yang terbentuk dari susunan ulang ratusan bahkan ribuan molekul sederhana yang disebut monomer. Oleh karena itu polimer mempunyai masa molekul relalif sangat besar. Polimer banyak digunakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. bahan bahan yang kita gunakan seperti pakaian. boto1 minum, map dan kantong plastik. Kertas, alat rumah tangga dan lain-lain merupakan produk berbahan polimer. Mesin pencacah polimer komposit rnerupakan alat yang digunaknn untuk mengubah polimer ukuran besar menjadi potongan kecil. Alat ini digerakan menggunakan motor listrik dan Alat ini memiliki mata pisau pencacah. Berbahan besi yang digunakan unluk mencacah bahan polimer menjadi ukuran kecil. Mata pisau pencacah menggunakan 10 mata pisau. Mesin pencacah polimer ini memiliki kapasitas 50kg/jam. Dalam pembuatan mesin ini meliputi proses manufaktur seperti: welding. grinding, drilling, cutting, torch atau gas cutting. dan sambungan tidak tetap yaitu sambungan mur dan baut. Komponen- komponen mesin yaitu : rangka. house bearing, mata pisau, pisau tetap, poros, boshing (kopling penerus gearbox ke poros). gear box, pully, v-belt, dan motor listrik. Dan kemudian dirakit menjadi mesin pencacah. Polymers are giant molecules (micromolecules) that are formed from the rearrangement of hundreds or even thousands of simple molecules called monomers. Therefore, polymers have a relatively large molecular mass. Many polymers used in everyday life. the materials we use such as clothes. drinking bottle, folder and plastic bag. Paper, household items and others are products made from polymers. A polymer composite chopping machine is a tool used to convert large polymers into small pieces. This tool is moved uses an electric motor and this tool has a chopping blade. Made from iron which is used to chop polymer materials into small sizes. The chopper blade uses 10 blades. This polymer chopping machine has a capacity of 50kg/hour. Making this machine includes manufacturing processes such as: welding. grinding, drilling, cutting, torch or gas cutting. and non-permanent connections, namely nut and bolt connections. The machine components are: frame. bearing house, blade, fixed blade, shaft, boshing (coupling that transmits the gearbox to the shaft). gear box, pully, v-belt, and electric motor. And then assembled into a chopping machine. | en_US |
