dc.description.abstract | Efektivitas merupakan suatu tolak ukur dimana seberapa jauh organisasi berhasil mencapai tujuan atau sasarannya dengan tepat. Pelayanan publik adalah kegiatan atau rangkaian kegiatan dalam rangka pemenuhan kebutuhan bagi setiap warga negara dan penduduk atas barang, jasa, dan/atau pelayanan administratif yang disediakan oleh penyelenggara pelayanan publik yang. Rendahnya kualitas pelayanan pembuatan e-KTP merupakan salah satu sorotan yang diarahkan pada pemerintah dalam memberikan pelayanan pada masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang pernah mengurus e-KTP di kantor Camat Medan Timur, kepala camat Medan Timur, Sekretaris Camat Medan Timur, serta staff yang ada di kantor Camat Medan Timur. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dalam efektivitas pelayanan pembuatan e-KTP di kantor Camat Medan Timur belum cukup efektif, masih kurangnya fasilitas di saat masyarakat yang mengurus berkas melonjak tinggi dan ketidak sesuaian tanggal yang dijanjikan dari pihak kantor Camat Medan Timur untuk pengambilan e-KTP sering kali tanggal yang tertera pada kwitansi pengambilan e- KTP dikarenakan jaringan yang tidak mendukung dalam pengiriman data-data masyarakat ke Dinas Kependudukan Sipil Kota Medan. Effectiveness is a measure of how far an organization has succeeded in achieving its goals or targets appropriately. Public services are activities or series of activities in order to fulfill the needs of every citizen and resident for goods, services and/or administrative services provided by public service providers. The low quality of e-KTP making services is one of the highlights directed at the government in providing services to the community. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Using data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this research were people who had applied for e-KTP at the East Medan Subdistrict office, the head of the East Medan subdistrict, the Secretary of the East Medan subdistrict, as well as staff at the East Medan subdistrict office. This study concludes that the effectiveness of the e-KTP making service at the East Medan Subdistrict office is not yet effective enough, there is still a lack of facilities when the number of people processing files is high and the promised date from the East Medan Subdistrict office for collecting e-KTPs is often inconsistent. The date stated on the e-KTP collection receipt is due to the network not supporting sending community data to the Medan City Civil Population Service. | en_US |
