Pengaruh Modal Usaha dan Ketersediaan Tenaga Kerja Terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Doorsmeer Mobil Goods Auto Medan

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia usaha di bidang jasa pelayanan kepada masyarakat umum seperti usaha pencucian kenderaan roda dua maupun roda empat (doorsmeer) semakin meningkat. Kondisi ini menimbulkan persaingan ketat antar pengusaha dalam mencapai keberhasilan usahanya. Banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan usaha dan tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal usaha dan ketersediaan tenaga kerja terhadap keberhasilan usaha Doorsmeer Mobil Goods Auto Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi penelitian adalah adalah pengusaha dan para karyawan di doorsmeer mobil Goods Auto Medan sebanyak 32 orang dan seluruhnya menjadi sampel penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan sebelumnya dilakukan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh modal usaha dan ketersediaan tenaga kerja baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap keberhasilan usaha doorsmeer mobil Goods Auto Medan. Disarankan agar pengusaha doorsmeer mobil Goods Auto Medan meningkatkan penambahan modal usaha sesuai dengan kebutuhan operasional usaha doorsmeer mobil dan menjaga ketersediaan tenaga kerja baik mencakup kualitas dan membatasi usia produktif bagi tenaga kerja sesuai jenis pekerjaan yang dilakukan. The development of the business world in the field of services to the general public such as the business of washing two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles (doorsmeer) is increasing. This condition creates intense competition between entrepreneurs in achieving business success. Many factors can affect business success and the purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of business capital and labor availability on the success of the Car Doorsmeer Goods Auto Medan. This type of research is quantitative with an associative approach. The research population consisted of 32 entrepreneurs and employees at the Car Doorsmeer Goods Auto Medan and all of them became the research sample. Data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and previously performed the classical assumption test. The results showed that there was an effect of working capital and labor availability both partially and simultaneously on the success of the Car Doorsmeer Goods Auto Medan. It is recommended the entrepreneur of the Car Doorsmeer Goods Auto Medan increases additional business capital in accordance with the operational needs of the car doormeer business and maintain the availability of a good workforce including quality and limiting the productive age for the workforce according to the type of work performed.
