dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya hidup, sikap keuangan dan literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku konsumtif pada mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi bisnis universitas sumatera utara. secara parsial dan juga secara simultan. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif deskriptif. Jenis sample menggunakan insidental sampling dan sebanyak 97 orang yang menjadi sampel pada penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi gaya hidup 0.015 < 0.05 dan t hitung > t tabel 2.486 > 1,985 artinya gaya hidup terhadap perilaku konsumtif secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Nilai signifikansi sikap keuangan 0.001 < 0,05 dan t hitung > t tabel 3.294 > 1,985, artinya pengaruh sikap keuangan terhadap perilaku konsumtif secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Nilai signifikansi literasi keuangan 0.036 < 0,05 dan t hitung > t tabel 2.125 > 1,985, artinya pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku konsumtif secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Dan nilai F hitung (9.565) lebih besar dari F tabel (3.092) dan nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05, artinya gaya hidup, sikap keuangan dan literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku konsumtif secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. This study aims to determine the effect of lifestyle, financial attitudes and financial literacy on consumer behavior in students at the Faculty of Business Economics, University of North Sumatra. partially and also simultaneously. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The sample type used incidental sampling and as many as 97 people were sampled in the research. The research results show that the significance value of lifestyle is 0.015 < 0.05 and t count > t table 2,486 > 1.985, meaning that lifestyle has a partial positive and significant effect on consumer behavior. The significance value of financial attitudes is 0.001 < 0.05 and t count > t table 3,294 > 1.985, meaning that the influence of financial attitudes on consumer behavior is partially positive and significant. The significance value of financial literacy is 0.036 < 0.05 and t count > t table 2.125 > 1.985, meaning that the influence of financial literacy on consumer behavior is partially positive and significant. And the calculated F value (9.565) is greater than the F table (3.092) and the significance value 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that lifestyle, financial attitudes and financial literacy have a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior simultaneously.en_US
