Abstract: | Salah satu makananjajanan yang banyak beredar dimasyarakat diantaranya adalah kerupuk. Harganya yang murah dan rasanya yang gllrih membuat banyak orang menyukainya. Umumnya kerupuk berwarna cerah dan mencolok seperti warna merah sehingga menimbulkan kecurigaan apakah zat pewarna yang digunakan memenuhi syarat kesehatan atau tidak. Sampel kerupuk diabil dari 3 lokasi penjualan di sekitar Medan, yaitu Pusat Pasar Medan, Pasar Pulo Brayan, dan Supermarket Carefour dengan 5 jenis kerupuk yang berwarna merah terang untuk setiap lokasi. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu menganalisis atau tidaknya Rhodamin B pada kerupuk yang beredar di Kota Medan. One of the snacks that is widely circulated in the community is: shrimp crisp. The cheap price and delicious taste attract many people like it. Generally, crackers are bright and striking like colors red, thus raising suspicion as to whether a dye was used meets health requirements or not. Cracker samples were taken from 3 locations sales around Medan, namely Medan Market Center, Pulo Brayan Market, and Carefour supermarket with 5 types of bright red crackers for every location. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely analyze whether or not Rhodamine B is present in crackers circulating in the city Medan. |
