Abstract: Kesimpulan Dari hasil penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut : 1. Kadar air Jahe ( DO ) = 12 % dapat memperkecil kehilangan bobot jahe di tempat penyimpanan. 2. Kadar air Jahe (DO)= 12 % dapat meningkatkan mortalitas imago L. serricorne 3. Kadar air Jahe (DO)= 12 % dapat meningkatkah mortalitas larva L.serricorne Conclusion From the research results the following conclusions can be drawn: 1. Ginger moisture content (DO) = 12% can reduce weight loss in ginger storage. 2. Ginger water content (DO) = 12% can increase the mortality of L. serricorne imago 3. Ginger water content (DO) = 12% can increase the mortality of L.serricorne larvae.
