dc.description.abstract | Sumber daya manusia merupakan aset terpenting perusahaan dalam perannya sebagai subjek pelaksana kebijakan dan kegiatan operasional perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, kepuasaan kerja, dan motivasi kerja ter hadap kinerja karyawan pelaksana. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 84 karyawan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuisioner pada karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV unit Gunung Bayu. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis eksplanatif kuantitatif dan analisis regresi berganda dengan pengujian validitas dan realibilitas, uji normalitas, koefisien determinasi, uji f dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 57,4% kinerja karyawan pelaksana PTPN IV Unit Gunung Bayu dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan motivasi, sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 42,6% dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Kinerja karyawan pelaksana dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak. This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction and work motivation on the performance of implementing employees. The population in this study was 84 employees. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to PT employees. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Gunung Bayu unit The research method uses quantitative explanatory analysis and multiple regression analysis with validity and reliability testing, normality test, coefficient of determination, f-test and t-test. The research results showed that 57.4% of the performance of PTPN IV Unit Gunung Bayu implementing employees was influenced by organizational culture, job satisfaction and motivation, while the remaining 42.6% is explained in this research.
