dc.description.abstractRisiko kecelakaan kerja dapat menimbulkan korban jiwa dan kerugian materi bagi pekerja dan pengusaha, dan berisiko mengganggu proses produksi dan menurunnya tingkat produktivitas perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya dan risiko pada proses pemeliharaan dan perbaikan kapal di PT. Cahaya Baru Shipyard dan memberikan usulan pengendalian yang dapat meminimalisir kecelakaan kerja dengan menggunakan metode HIRARC (hazard identification risk assesment and risk control). Penelitian ini diawali dengan mengidentifikasi kegiatan pekerjaan dan bahaya pada setiap pekerjaan kemudian menentukan nilai risiko dengan tabel kriteria likelihood dan kriteria consequences sehingga dapat diperoleh nilai tingkat risiko pada risk matrix. Setelah melakukan analisis kesimpulan yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu terdapat 68 sumber bahaya dengan 77 risiko dimana 23 risiko masuk dalam kategori risiko rendah (30%), 18 risiko masuk dalam kategori risiko sedang (23%), 22 risiko masuk dalam kategori risiko tinggi (29%), dan 14 risiko masuk dalam kategori risiko ektrim (18%). Pengendalian risiko yang dilakukan yaitu melalui pendekatan hirarki pengendalian risiko diantaranya eliminasi, subtitusi, rekayasa teknik, pengendalian administasi dan alat pelindung diri (APD). The risk of work accidents can cause fatalities and material losses for workers and employers, and risks disrupting the production process and reducing the company's productivity level. This research aims to identify dangers and risks in the ship maintenance and repair process at PT. Cahaya Baru Shipyard and provide control proposals that can minimize work accidents using the HIRARC (hazard identification risk assessment and risk control) method. This research begins by identifying work activities and hazards in each job, then determining the risk value using a table of likelihood criteria and consequences criteria so that the risk level value can be obtained on the risk matrix. After analyzing the conclusions produced in this study, there are 68 sources of danger with 77 risks, of which 23 risks are in the low risk category (30%), 18 risks are in the medium risk category (23%), 22 risks are in the high risk category (29%), and 14 risks fall into the extreme risk category (18%). Risk control is carried out through a hierarchical approach to risk control including elimination, substitution, technical engineering, administrative control and personal protective equipment (PPE).en_US
