dc.description.abstract | Permasalahan yang ada pada peserta didik PKBM Kurnia Foundation adalah tidak dapat memaanfaatkan dengan baik teknologi digital dengan fasilitas yang tersedia. Tingkat kesadaran yang rendah dalam mengakses informasi yang edukatif serta pemahaman yang kurang dalam menanggapi suatu konten yang tersedia di internet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi penerapan literasi digital yang dilakukan pengelola dalam meningkatkan kompetensi digital peserta didik Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Kurnia Foundation. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Tahapan dalam pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan teori literasi digital oleh Douglas A.J Belshaw berdasarkan elemen penting untuk mengembangkan literasi digital. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan literasi digital oleh pengelola dalam meningkatkan kompetensi digital di PKBM Kurnia Foundation sudah berjalan baik, namun tidak diimbangi dengan inovasi dan kreatifitas peserta didik. The problem with PKBM Kurnia Foundation students is that they cannot make good use of digital technology with the available facilities. A low level of awareness in accessing educational information and a lack of understanding in responding to content available on the internet. This research aims to find out how digital literacy implementation strategies are carried out by managers in improving the digital competence of Kurnia Foundation Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) students. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Stages in data collection include observation, interviews and documentation. Data was analyzed using digital literacy theory by Douglas A.J Belshaw based on important elements for developing digital literacy. The results of this research conclude that the implementation of digital literacy by managers in improving digital competence at PKBM Kurnia Foundation has gone well, but is not balanced with student innovation and creativity. | en_US |
