Abstract: | Dalam lingkungan kampus atau Perguruan Tinggi, salah satu tenaga kerja yang paling dibutuhkan adalah staff pengajar ( dosen ), dimana dosen merupakan salah satu komponen esensial dalam suatu pendidikan di Perguruan Tinggi. Peran, tugas dan tanggung jawab dosen sangat bermakna dalam mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan nasional, yaitu mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa , meningkatkan kwalitas manusia Indonesia meliputi kualitas iman/takwa, akhlak mulia dan penguasaan ilmu pengetahuan.
