| Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perencanaan terhadap kinerja, pengaruh pengawasan terhadap kinerja, dan pengaruh perencanaan dan pengawasan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Asta Anugerah Sejahtera Medan sebagai bahan masukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan khususnya dan masyarakat luas umumnya dengan penerapan strategi perencanaan dan pengawasan yang baik. This study aims to determine the effect of planning on performance, the effect of supervision on performance, and the effect of planning and supervision on employee performance at PT. Asta Anugerah Sejahtera Medan as input to improve employee performance in particular and the wider community in general by implementing good planning and supervision strategies. |
