Hubungan Motivasi Kerja dan Perilaku Nelayan terhadap Keberlanjutan Usaha Perikanan Tangkap di Kecamatan Pantai Labu

Abstract

Keberlanjutan usaha adalah sebuah kondisi disaat perusahaan memiliki kecukupan dana untuk menjalankan dan mengembangkan usahanya. Berdasarkan uraian dari latar belakang diatas peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti hubungan Motivasi Kerja Dan Perilaku Nelayan Terhadap Keberlanjutan Usaha Perikanan Tangkap Di Kecamatan Pantai Labu. Motivasi kerja dan perilaku nelayan berpengaruh terhadap keberlanjutan usaha perikanan tangkap di Kecamatan Pantai Labu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi dan perilaku nelayan terhadap keberlanjutan usaha perikanan tangkap di Kecamatan Pantai Labu. Metode sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sensus. Analisis peneliti menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif penelitian deskriptif yaitu, penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui nilai variabel mandiri, baik satu variabel atau lebih (independen) tanpa membuat perbandingan, atau menghubungkan dengan variabel yang lain. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi tidak berhubungan terhadap keberlanjutan usaha nelayan di Desa Paluh Sibaji Kecamatan Pantai Labu. Perilaku nelayan memiliki hubungan terhadap keberlanjutan usaha perikanan tangkap di Kecamatan Pantai Labu. Hasil uji t signifikansi parameter individual adalah tolak H1 di terima, artinya H0 ditolak artinya variabel X1 tidak berpengaruh/berhubungan terhadap Y sedangkan ditolak H1, artinya H0 diterima artinya varibel X2 berpengaruh/berhubungan terhadap Y. Based on the description of the background above, researchers are interested in examining the relationship between work motivation and fishermen's behavior on the sustainability of capture fisheries businesses in Pantai Labu District. Work motivation and behavior of fishermen influence the sustainability of capture fisheries businesses in Pantai Labu District. This research aims to determine the motivation and behavior of fishermen regarding the sustainability of capture fisheries businesses in Pantai Labu District. The sampling method used in this research is the census method. The researcher's analysis uses quantitative descriptive research, that is, research conducted to determine the value of independent variables, either one or more variables (independent) without making comparisons, or connecting them with other variables. The results of this research show that motivation is not related to the sustainability of fishing businesses in Paluh Sibaji Village, Pantai Labu District. The behavior of fishermen is related to the sustainability of capture fisheries businesses in Pantai Labu District. The results of the t test for the significance of individual parameters are that H1 is rejected, meaning that H0 is rejected, meaning that variable.
