dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui atribut jeruk siam menurut karakteristik konsumen yaitu jenis kelamin, umur, pendidikan, pekerjaan, anggota keluarga dan pendapatan di pasar tradisional Kecamatan Medan Tembung dan mengetahui atribut dan level jeruk siam yang menjadi preferensi konsumen. Metode analisis data uji validitas, uji reabilitas dan analisis conjoin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Uji validitas pada atribut harga, warna, rasa dan ukuran semua item pernyataan dinyatakan valid dilihat dari nilai sig < 0,05 dan pada uji reabilitas item pernyataan reliabilitas rendah dari Cronbach’s Alpha < 0,50 maka reliabilitas rendah. 1. Responden perempuan merupakan mayoritas responden, dengan rentang usia 37 – 46 tahun, pada jenjang pendidikan yakni tingkat pendidikan SMA, pekerjaan Ibu Rumah Tangga, dengan rentang pendapatan Rp 1.000.000 – Rp 2.500.000 perbulan, dan jumlah anggota keluarga 3 – 4 orang. 2. Atribut jeruk siam yang menjadi preferensi konsumen berdasarkan nilai utility ialah rasa manis dengan nilai utility positif 1,07, warna kuning dengan nilai utylity positif 0,228, ukuran besar dengan nilai utility positif 0,132, dan level atribut harga dengan nilai utility positif 0,015. This research aims to determine the attributes of Siamese oranges according to consumer characteristics, namely gender, age, education, occupation, family members and income in the traditional market of Medan Tembung District and to determine the attributes and levels of Siamese oranges that are consumer preferences. Data analysis methods for validity testing, reliability testing and conjoint analysis. The results of the research show that: The validity test on the attributes of price, color, taste and size of all statement items is declared valid as seen from the sig value < 0.05 and in the reliability test of statement items the reliability is low from Cronbach's Alpha < 0.50, so reliability is low. 1. Female respondents constitute the majority of respondents, with an age range of 37 – 46 years, at educational level namely high school education level, housewife occupation, with an income range of IDR 1,000,000 – IDR 2,500,000 per month, and number of family members 3 – 4 person. 2. The attributes of Siamese oranges that are consumer preferences based on utility value are sweet taste with a positive utility value of 1.07, yellow color with a positive utility value of 0.228, large size with a positive utility value of 0.132, and price attribute level with a positive utility value of 0.015en_US
