This study aims to determine the relationship between Job Insecurity and Organizational Commitment in Non-Employees at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Barat. The population of this study was 60 Non-Employees and the number of samples in this study was 60 Non-Employees. The sampling technique used was the Total sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale model with two scales, namely the job insecurity scale and the organizational commitment scale. Based on the results of the product moment correlation analysis calculation, it can be seen that there is a significant negative relationship between the job insecurity variable and organizational commitment. This result is evidenced by the correlation coefficient rxy = -0.251 with a significant p = 0.000 <0.05. From these results, the determinant coefficient (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is r2 = 0.330. This shows that job insecurity is distributed by 33.0% to organizational commitment. Based on the results of the mean test, it can be concluded that job insecurity is classified as high with a hypothetical mean value of 92.5 and an empirical mean of 110,550. Furthermore, organizational commitment can be concluded to have low results with a hypothetical value of 62.5 and an empirical value of 47,733. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that job insecurity has a relationship with organizational commitment in Non-Employees at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Barat.en_US
