Abstract: Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility dan Intellectual Capital Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2020-2022”. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility dan Intellectual Capital terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Tahun 2020-2022. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 48 perusahaan sebagai populasi dan 35 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda diolah menggunakan software statistik SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Corporate Social Responsibility berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan, Intellectual capital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Secara simultan Corporate Social Responsibility dan Intellectual Capital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. This research is entitled "The Influence of Corporate Social Responsibility and Intellectual Capital on the Financial Performance of Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2020-2022". This research is to determine the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility and Intellectual Capital on the Financial Performance of manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2020-2022. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. In this study, 48 companies were used as the population and 35 companies as the sample. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS 25 statistical software. The research results show that partially Corporate Social Responsibility has a positive and significant effect on the company's financial performance, Intellectual capital has a positive and significant effect on the company's financial performance. Simultaneously, Corporate Social Responsibility and Intellectual Capital have a positive and significant effect on the company's financial performance.
