dc.description.abstract | UMKM Kerupuk Lipat Pak Husnul merupakan sebuah home industri yang bergerak dalam pembuatan kerupuk lipat. Industri kerupuk lipat ini terbagi dari bahan baku, pengadonan, pencetakan, penjemuran, pemanggangan, penggorengan, dan pengemasan. Budaya kerja 5S harus diterapkan dengan memperhatikan terhadap semua komponen sistem kerja yang ada, yaitu manusia, bahan, peralatan dan kondisi lingkungan. Adapun beberapa pemasalahan yang ada di lantai produksi seperti stasiun kerja yang tidak tertata dengan baik, tidak ada tempat penyimpanan perkakas, peralatan produksi tidak disimpan pada tempatnya, lingkungan kerja yang kotor dan tidak rapi serta kurang higienis.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menerapkan 5S lantai produksi UMKM Kerupuk Lipat Pak Husnul untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, higienis dan kenyamanan kerja. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan penerapan konsep 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke). Hasil rancangan 5S di sajikan dalam bentuk gambar 2D setiap stasiun kerja. Pak Husnul Folded Crackers UMKM is a home industry that is engaged in making folded crackers. The folded cracker industry is divided into raw materials, kneading, molding, drying, baking, frying and packaging. The 5S work culture must be implemented by paying attention to all components of the existing work system, namely people, materials, equipment and environmental conditions. There are several problems that exist on the production floor, such as work stations that are not well organized, there is no place to store tools, production equipment is not stored in its place, the work environment is dirty and untidy and less hygienic. The aim of this research is to implement 5S on the MSME production floor. Pak Husnul Folding Crackers to increase work efficiency, hygiene and comfort. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with the application of the 5S concept (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke). The results of the 5S design are presented in the form of 2D images of each work station. | en_US |
