Pengaruh Karakteristik Wirausaha terhadap Keberhasilan Bisnis Online Buah dan Sayur Segar di Kota Medan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik wirausaha buah dan sayur segar online di Kota Medan, menganalisis keberhasilan bisnis online buah dan sayur segar di Kota Medan, dan menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik wirausaha terhadap keberhasilan bisnis online buah dan sayur segar di Kota Medan. bisnis di Kota Medan. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 38, karena menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang artinya seluruh populasi tidak mempunyai kesempatan untuk menjadi sampel. Terlihat rata-rata tingkat skor pada indikator karakteristik wirausahaan mempunyai skor sebesar 148,8 dengan persentase sebesar 78,2% dengan kategori tinggi, karena indikator pada karakteristik bisnis seperti kreativitas yang tinggi, berani mengambil resiko, tanggung jawab, jiwa kepemimpinan, percaya diri dan lainnya mampu dimiliki. dan diterapkan dengan baik oleh para pengusaha bisnis online buah dan sayur segar. Mulai dari menyusun strategi kegiatan usaha, pengelolaan keuangan, bertanggung jawab kepada pelanggan, memasarkan produk dengan baik dan lain-lain. Tidak hanya itu, variabel keberhasilan bisnis online juga mempunyai skor rata-rata sebesar 134, dengan persentase 70,4% dalam kategori tinggi, mempunyai 3 indikator yaitu peningkatan profit, peningkatan pelanggan dan perluasan pemasaran. Nilai t-statistik Karakteristik Wirausaha (KW) terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha (KU) sebesar 28,476 lebih besar dari t-tabel yaitu 1,68. Artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan sebesar 28,476 antara rata-rata kedua variabel dan hubungan kedua variabel tersebut, serta nilai t-tabel sebesar 1,68. Selain itu p-value penelitian yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dan sangat rendah dari nilai alpha (0,05) yang berarti signifikan dan menolak H0. Apart from that, the resulting research p-value of 0.000 is smaller and very lower than the alpha value (0.05), which means it is significant and rejects H0.
