Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan pemahaman tentang seberapa besar kinerja Usaha (Y) yang dapat diketahui tentang pengaruh Lingkungan Bisnis (X1) terhadap kinerja usaha pada UMKM kuliner Kecamatan Medan Selayang dan Kemampuan Manajemen (X2) terhadap kinerja usaha pada UMKM kuliner Kecamatan Medan Selayang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh Lingkungan Bisnis (X1) dan Kemampuan Manajemen (X2) terhadap Kinerja Usaha pada UMKM kuliner Kecamatan Medan Selayang. Dalam penelitian ini, populasi yang diteliti adalah pelaku UMKM kuliner Kecamatan Medan Tuntungan, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 81 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi liniear berganda dengan alat bantu SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan bisnis secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha, variabel kemampuan manajemen secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha, dan variabel lingkungan bisnis dan kemampuan manajemen secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha di Kecamatan Medan Tuntungan dengan nilai R Square sebesar 0,426 atau 42,6%. This research aims to provide an understanding of how much business performance (Y) can be seen regarding the influence of the Business Environment (X1) on business performance in culinary MSMEs in Medan Selayang District and Management Capability (X2) on business performance in culinary MSMEs in Medan Selayang District. This research aims to see how much influence the Business Environment (X1) and Management Capability (X2) have on Business Performance in culinary MSMEs in Medan Selayang District. In this research, the population studied was culinary MSMEs in Medan Tuntungan District, with a sample size of 81 people. This research uses quantitative methods. This research data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 23 tools. The results of this research show that business environment variables partially have a positive and significant effect on business performance, management capability variables partially have a positive and significant effect on business performance, and environmental variables business and management skills simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on business success in Medan Tuntungan District with an R Square value of 0.426 or 42.6%. |
