dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Total Quality Management, Sistem Reward terhadap Kinerja Manajerial Perseroan Terbatas Bintang Berita Abadi Pematangsiantar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh staff karyawan maupun level majerial yang ada di Perseroan Terbatas Bintang Berita Abadi. Dan pada penelitian ini keseluruhan anggota populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian dengan jumlah 66 orang. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah: uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Secara parsial Total Quality Management (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Manajerial (Y) Perseroan Terbatas Bintang Berita Abadi Pematangsiantar, Secara parsial Sistem Reward (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Manajerial (Y) Perseroan Terbatas Bintang Berita Abadi Pematangsiantar, Secara simutan Total Quality Management (X1) dan Sistem Reward (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja manajerial (Y). This study aims to determine the effect of Total Quality Management, Reward Systems on managerial performance of Perseroan Terbatas Bintang Berita Abadi Pematangsiantar. The type of research used in this study is to use the associative method. The population in this study were all staff employess and managerial in Perseroan Terbatas Bintang Berita Abadi. And in this study all members of the population were sampled with a total 66 people. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data. The source of the data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique use in this research are: valid test, reability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing using the SPSS 21 application. The results showed that: Partially Total Quality Management (X1) positive and significant effect on managerial performance (Y) of Perseroan Terbatas Bintang Berita Abadi Pematangsiantar, Partial reward system (X2) has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance (Y) of Perseroan Terbatas Bintang Berita Abadi Pematangsiantar, Simultaneously Total Quality Management (X1) and Reward System (X2) have positive effect on managerial performance (Y).
