Abstract: Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus TPI Medan merupakan salah satu kantor pelayanan keimigrasian permohonan pembuatan paspor yang ada di kota Medan Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori evaluasi kinerja oleh Dessler (1992:514), penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi jenis kualitatif yang menggunakan teknik wawancara, obervasi, dan juga dokumentasi. Untuk hasil dari penelitian ini mengenai evaluasi kinerja aparatur sipil negara dalam pelayanan pembuatan paspor dalam hal kuantitas pekerjaan belum maksimal yaitu karena masih ada kekurangan dalam sistem pelayanan sehingga menyebabkan ada hambatan dalam proses pelayanan di kantor imigrasi kelas I khusus TPI Medan. Untuk dalam hal evaluasi kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara pada aspek lainnya sudah tercapai secara maksimal yaitu seperti kepemimpinan (supervisi)yang diperlukan dimana arahan sistem dan kinerja antara atasan dan bawahan sangat baik, kehadiran dimana kehadiran kerja juga dapat diukur dengan seberapa sering karyawan hadir di tempat kerja sesuai dengan jadwal kerja yang telah ditetapkan dan konservasi dimana bahwa pihak Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus TPI Medan sangat inisiatif inovatif dalara menyebarkan segala informasi dan pembinaan kepada masyarakat umum yang ingin memakai pelayanan publik mereka dengan aktif baik secara langsung maupun secara online. TPI Medan Special Class I Immigration Office is one of the immigration service offices for passport applications in the city of Medan. The theory used in this research is the performance evaluation theory by Dessler (1992: 514), this research uses a qualitative type methodology which uses interview techniques, observation, and also documentation. The results of this research are regarding the evaluation of the performance of state civil servants in passport making services in terms of the quantity of work which is not yet optimal, namely because there are still deficiencies in the service system which causes obstacles in the service process at the class I immigration office specifically for TPI Medan. In terms of evaluating the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in other aspects, it has been achieved optimally, namely, such as leadership (supervision) which is required where system direction and performance between superiors and subordinates is very good, attendance where work attendance can also be measured by how often employees are present at the workplace. in accordance with the work schedule that has been determined and conservation where the TPI Medan Special Class I Immigration Office takes very innovative initiatives in disseminating all information and guidance to the general public who want to actively use their public services both in person and online.
