Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jaringan usaha, inovasi produk dan persaingan usaha terhadap perkembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) MJ Parfum di Kota Medan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif. Pemilihan sampel pada penelitian ini berdasarkan perhitungan yang dikemukakan oleh Slovin sehingga sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 94 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linier berganda dan uji koefiesien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jaringan usaha berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap perkembangan usaha dilihat dari nilai t hitung (1,342) < t tabel (1,987) dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,183 > 0,05. Inovasi produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perkembangan usaha dilihat dari nilai t hitung (8,286) > t tabel (1,987) dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Persaingan usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perkembangan usaha dilihat dari nilai t hitung (2,993) > t tabel (1,987) dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,004 < 0,05. Jaringan usaha, inovasi produk dan persaingan usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap perkembangan usaha dilihat dari nilai F hitung (74,577) > F tabel (2,706) dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. This research aims to determine the influence of business networks and product innovation and business competition on the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) MJ Perfume in Medan City. This research is associative research. Sample selection in this research based on the calculations put forward by Slovin so that the sample There were 94 respondents obtained. The data analysis methods used are multiple linear regression tests, and coefficient of determination test. The results of the study showed that business networks had a positive and insignificant effect on business development as seen from the calculated t value (1.342) <t table (1.987) with a significance level of 0.183> 0.05. Product innovation had a positive and significant effect on business development as seen from the calculated t value (8.286)> t table (1.987) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Business competition has a positive and significant effect on business development as seen from the calculated t value (2.993) > t table (1.987) with a significance level of 0.04 < 0.05. Business networks, product innovation and business competition have a positive and significant effect together on business development as seen from the calculated F value (74.577) > F table (2.706) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. |
