Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh social media marketing dan online customer review terhadap minat beli produk Liptint Hanasui pada siswi SMA Harapan 1 Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswi SMA Harapan 1 Medan yang berjumlah 193 orang, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 60 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis (simultan dan parsial), serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa social media marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli, sedangkan online customer review berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli. Secara simultan, social media marketing dan online customer review berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli produk Liptint Hanasui pada siswi SMA Harapan 1 Medan. This study aims to determine the influence of social media marketing and online customer reviews on the buying interest of Hanasui Liptint products in students of SMA Harapan 1 Medan. The research method used is quantitative with purpasive sampling techniques. The papulation in this study is 193 students of Harapan 1 Medan High School, while the sample used is 60 people. Data was collected using questionnaires that were tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, hypathesis test (simultaneous and partial), and determination coefficient. The results of the study show that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on buying interest, while online c.1istomer reviews have a positive and significant effect on buying interest. SimultaneousJy, social media marketing and online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on the buying interest of Hanasui Liptint products in students of Harapan I Medan High School. |
