dc.description.abstractMengantri adalah suatu kegiatan dimana orang dan barang menunggu dalam antrian. Hubungan antara seorang pelanggan yang tiba pada suatu fasilitas pelayanan, kemudian masuk dalam antrian untuk menerima pelayanan dari pelayan, dan akhirnya menerima pelayanan kemudian meninggalkan pelayanan tersebut disebut dengan proses antrian. Kondisi antrian di loket pendaftaran BPJS RSU Murni Teguh Methodist Susanna Wesley Medan sangat padat sehingga melibatkan antrian panjang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Ingin mengetahui lama waktu tunggu pasien yang dilayani di loket pendaftaran BPJS rawat jalan di RSU Murni Teguh Methodist Susanna Wesley, Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini ialah model antrian (M/M/1) dengan 1 fasilitas pelayanan dan 1 tahap pelayanan yang dilalui oleh pasien. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa waktu kedatangan berdistribusi poisson dan waktu pelayanan berdistribusi eksponansial serta model antrian yang diterapkan di loket pendaftaran BPJS RSU Murni Teguh Methodist Susanna Wesley Medan adalah (M/M/1) dengan displin antrian pasien yang pertama kali datang akan dilayani terlebih dahulu. Sistem antrian yang di terapkan tersebut penambahan 1 fasilitas pelayanan agar proses pelayanan dapat efektif. Queuing is an activity where people and goods wait in a queue. The relationship between a customer who arrives at a service facility, then enters a queue to receive service from a waiter, and finally receives service and then leaves the service is called the queuing process. The queuing conditions at the BPJS registration counter at RSU Murni Teguh Methodist Susanna Wesley Medan were very congested, resulting in long queues. The aim of this research is to find out the length of waiting time for patients served at the BPJS outpatient registration counter at RSU Murni Teguh Methodist Susanna Wesley. The method applied in this research is the queue model (M/M/1) with 1 service facility and 1 stage of service. that the patient goes through. The results of this research show that the arrival time has a Poisson distribution and the service time has an exponential distribution and the queuing model applied at the BPJS registration counter at RSU Murni Teguh Methodist Susanna Wesley Medan is (M/M/1) with the queuing discipline of patients who arrive first and will be served first. formerly. The queuing system implemented includes the addition of 1 service facility so that the service process could be effective.en_US
