Abstract: | Pembelian secara online merupakan tren berbelanja saat ini yang salah satunya adalah belanja sayur online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik konsumen yang melakukan pembelian sayur secara online dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel harga, pendapatan kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, promosi, dan ketersediaan produk terhadap keputusan pembelian sayur online di Kota Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, menggunakan rumus Cochran sehingga jumlah responden yang diperoleh adalah 97 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dibuat menggunakan google form yang disebar melalui direct massage Instagram. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil Penelitian dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Karakteristik responden yang membeli sayur secara online adalah perempuan, rentang usia 20-30 tahun, jenjang pendidikan sarjana dengan tingkat pendapatan Rp.4.000.000-Rp.6.000.000 dan jenis pekerjaan adalah wiraswasta. (2) Variabel Harga berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sayur online di Kota Medan, sedangkan pendapatan, kualitas produk, promosi, ketersediaan produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sayur online dan untuk kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sayur online di Kota Medan. Purchasing online is a current shopping trend, one of which is online vegetable shopping. This research aims to describe the characteristics of consumers who purchase vegetables online and analyze the influence of price variables, product quality income, service quality, promotions and product availability on online vegetable purchasing decisions in Medan City. This research uses quantitative descriptive research methods. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique, using the Cochran formula so that the number of respondents obtained was 97 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires made using a Google form which was distributed via direct message Instagram. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Research results with a significance level of 5% show that: (1) The characteristics of respondents who buy vegetables online are women, age range 20-30 years, undergraduate education level with income level of Rp. 4,000,000-Rp. 6,000,000 and type of work is self-employed. (2) The price variable has a negative and significant effect on the decision to purchase vegetables online in Medan City, while income, product quality, promotion, product availability has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase vegetables online and service quality has no effect on the decision to purchase vegetables online in Medan City. |
