Optimalisasi Produksi Menggunakan Linear Programming pada UMKM Rafif Nugget

Abstract

UMKM Rafif Nugget merupakan jenis usaha kecil yang bergerak pada bidang makanan olahan ikan yang terletak di Jl. Limau Mungkur, Desa Bangun Rejo, Dusun VIII, Gg. Asoka. UMKM Rafif Nugget memproduksi nugget, bakso dan batagor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah optimal produksi nugget, bakso dan batagor serta keuntungan yang dapat diperoleh UMKM Rafif Nugget. Masalah difokuskan pada kendala faktor produksi yang terbatas yaitu bahan baku, jam kerja mesin produksi dan jam tenaga kerja. Data-data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi ke UMKM Rafif Nugget dan dianalisis secara kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode simpleks. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada kondisi optimal kombinasi jumlah produksi yang dapat diproduksi UMKM Rafif Nugget adalah 625 kg nugget, 680 kg bakso dan 72 kg batagor. Keuntungan maksimal yang dapat diperoleh UMKM Rafif Nugget sebesar Rp 4.078.000. UMKM Rafif Nugget is a type of small business that operates in the processed fish food sector, located on Jl. Limau Mungkur, Bangun Rejo Village, Hamlet VIII, Gg. Ashoka. MSME Rafif Nugget produces nuggets, meatballs and batagor. This research aims to determine the optimal amount of production of nuggets, meatballs and batagor as well as the profits that can be obtained by MSME Rafif Nugget. The problem focuses on the constraints of limited production factors, namely raw materials, production machine working hours and labor hours. Data was collected through interviews and observations with MSME Rafif Nugget and analyzed quantitatively. The method used in this research is the simplex method. The research results show that under optimal conditions the combination of production quantities that can be produced by MSME Rafif Nugget is 625 kg of nuggets, 680 kg of meatballs and 72 kg of batagor. The maximum profit that MSME Rafif Nugget can obtain is IDR 4,078,000.
