dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ketebalan aluminium yang diperkuat bahan kuningan terhadap serapan energi impak. Setelah meninjau secara cermat literatur yang berasal dari buku maupun jurnal serta melakukan kajiankajian singkat, peneliti melanjutkan untuk menganalisis dan menguji impak spesimen pada penelitian ini berupa Aluminium yang diperkuat Kuningan. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini didapatkan secara eksperimental dan analisis. Bahan pengujian atau spesimen dibuat sesuai standar ASTM E 23 bahan logam yang terdiri dari bahan Aluminium dan Kuningan. Spesimen tersebut nantinya akan diuji terhadap 3 variasi ketebalan menggunakan alat uji impak charpy. Kemudian hasil pengujian akan dibandingan dengan setiap variasi ketebalan dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan grafik. Hasil dari Analisa pengujian menunjukkan energi impak pada aluminium yang diperkuat kuningan memiliki nilai rata-rata 100,77 Joule, 88,54 Joule dan 69,37 Joule terjadi perbedaan energi impak yang cukup besar dikarenakan pengaruh variasi ketebalan pada setiap spesimen. Hasil rata-rata kekuatan impak pada aluminium yang diperkuat kuningan memiliki nilai 1,25 J/mm2, 1,10 J/mm2 dan 0,86 J/mm2 terjadi perbedaan kekuatan impak yang signifikan karena variasi ketebalan pada setiap spesimen This research aims to analyze the effect of the thickness of aluminum reinforced with brass on impact energy absorption. After carefully reviewing the literature from books and journals and carrying out brief studies, the researchers continued to analyze and test the impact of the specimens in this study in the form of aluminum reinforced with brass. Data obtained from this research were obtained experimentally and analytically. Test materials or specimens are made according to ASTM E 23 metal standards consisting of Aluminum and Brass. These specimens will later be tested for 3 thickness variations using a Charpy impact tester. Then the test results will be compared with each thickness variation and presented in the form of tables and graphs. The results of the test analysis show that the impact energy on aluminum reinforced with brass has an average value of 100,77 joules, 88.54 joules and 69.37 joules, there is a fairly large difference in impact energy due to the influence of thickness variations in each specimen. The average impact strength results for aluminum reinforced with brass have values of 1.25 J/mm2, 1.10 J/mm2 and 0.86 J/mm2, there is a significant difference in impact strength. | en_US |
