dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik konsumen dalam pembelian sayuran di pasar modern Brastagi Supermarket dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen sayuran di pasar modern Brastagi Supermarket, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif untuk mengolah data dan informasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survei yaitu metode penelitian yang mengambil sampel dari satu populasi dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat untuk mengumpulkan data. Dalam penelitian kuantitatif, data yang terkumpul kemudian di analisis untuk mencapai tujuan dari penelitian, analisis data menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian didapatkan karakteristik yang memiliki persentase tertinggi adalah perempuan sebanyak 36 orang dengan persentase 90%. Didominasi umur 31-40 tahun dan 41- 40 tahun sebanyak 24 orang dengan persentase 30%, dengan pekerjaan sebagai Ibu Rumah Tangga sebanyak 22 orang dengan persentase 55% dan memiliki jumlah anggota keluarga lebih dari 5 orang sebanyak 36 konsumen dengan persentase 90%. Dapat Diketahui dari hasil uji simultan variabel Harga (X1), Kualitas (X2), Keragaman Produk (X3), Pelayanan (X4), dan Lokasi (X5) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumen sayur mayur pada pasar modern Brastagi Supermarket, sedangkan berdasarkan uji parsial variabel Harga (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumen sayur mayur pada pasar modern Brastagi Supermarket This research aims to determine the characteristics of consumers in purchasing vegetables at the Brastagi Supermarket modern market and to analyze the factors that influence vegetable consumer behavior at the Brastagi Supermarket modern market. This research uses quantitative methods to process data and information. This research was conducted using a survey method, namely a research method that takes samples from a population and uses a questionnaire as a tool to collect data. In quantitative research, the data collected is then analyzed to achieve the objectives of the research, data analysis uses SPSS. The research results showed that the characteristics with the highest percentage were 36 women with a percentage of 90%. Dominated by 31-40 year olds and 41-40 year olds, there are 24 people with a percentage of 30%, 22 people work as Housewives with a percentage of 55% and 36 consumers have family members of more than 5 people with a percentage of 90%. It can be seen from the results of the simultaneous test that the variables Price (X1), Quality (X2), Product Diversity (X3), Service (X4), and Location (X5) have a significant effect on the behavior of vegetable consumers at the Brastagi Supermarket modern market, while based on the partial test the Price variable (X1) does not have a significant effect on the behavior of vegetable consumers at the Brastagi Supermarket modern market. | en_US |
