Abstract: Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan melalui tinjauan literatur. Fokus utama adalah untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana elemen-elemen lingkungan kerja seperti suasana fisik, budaya organisasi, dan interaksi sosial mempengaruhi tingkat disiplin. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literatur dari berbagai sumber relevan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja. Hal ini sesuai dengan penelitian terdahulu yang mana hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja memiliki t hitung > t tabel yaitu 6,346 > 1,992 dengan nilai sig. 0,000 yaitu 0,000 < 0,05. Maka secara parsial variabel lingkungan kerja (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel disiplin kerja (Y). Lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dapat secara signifikan mempengaruhi disiplin kerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja yang positif, dengan suasana fisik yang nyaman, budaya organisasi yang mendukung, dan interaksi sosial yang baik, berkontribusi pada peningkatan disiplin kerja. Faktor-faktor seperti kebersihan, kenyamanan tempat kerja, serta budaya organisasi yang menghargai prestasi dan komunikasi terbuka, terbukti meningkatkan motivasi dan kepuasan karyawan, yang pada gilirannya memperbaiki disiplin kerja. This study examines the influence of the work environment on employee work discipline through a literature review. The main focus is to evaluate how elements of the work environment such as physical atmosphere, organizational culture, and social interaction affect the level of discipline. The methodology used is a literature review from various relevant sources. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that there is an influence of the work environment on work discipline. This is in accordance with previous studies where the results of the study showed that the work environment has a calculated t> t table, namely 6.346> 1.992 with a sig. value of 0.000, namely 0.000 <0.05. So partially the work environment variable (X) has a significant effect on the work discipline variable (Y). A conducive work environment can significantly affect employee work discipline. A positive work environment, with a comfortable physical atmosphere, supportive organizational culture, and good social interaction, contributes to increased work discipline. Factors such as cleanliness, comfort of the workplace, and an organizational culture that values achievement and open communication, have been shown to increase employee motivation and satisfaction, which in turn improves work discipline.
