Abstract: CV. Aneka Teknjk Mandiri merupakan industri pengecoran logam yang memiliki karyawan sebanyak 20 orang yaitu 17 orang dibagian produksi dan 3 orang dibagian administrasi a tau kantor. Jam kerja diperusahaan ini yaitu dari pukul 08.00-17 .00 WIB. Adapun produk yang dihasilkan adalah alat atau peralatan suku cadang mesin pabrik, assesoris, sambungan pipa air minum, dan rnesin pengolah basil pertanian, perkebunan, dan petemakan. Dalam perhitungan tingkat pengukuran kjnerja karyawan CV. Aneka Teknik Mandiri pada penelitian yang dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesoner didapatkan hasil metode HRSC hasil kuesioner di uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas diperoleh rtabel sebesar 0,444 dan rhitug 0,467 dan dinyatakan valid dan di uji reliabilitas diperoleh nilai variabel sebesar 0,689 dan dinyatakan reliable. Dalam metode AHP didapatkan basil pengukuran kjnerja berdasarkan perhitungan kuesioner perbandingan menunjukkan bahwa: kriteria Prespective personal merupakan laiteria yang paling penting bagi Pengukuran Kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia di CV. Aneka Teknik Mandiri dengan rulai bobot 0,29 atau 29%, berikutnya adalah laiteria PrespeA"tif compensation dengan nilai bobot 0,26 atau 26%, kemudian kriteria Prespective high peformance dengan nilai bobot 0,25 atau 25% sedangkan kriteria Prespective High Aligment dengan nilai bobot 0,20 atau 20%. CV. Aneka Teknik Mandiri is a metal casting industry which has 20 employees, namely 17 people in the production section and 3 people in the administration or office section. Working hours at this company are from 08.00-17.00 WIB. The products produced arc tools or equipment, spare parts for factory machines, accessories, drinking water pipe connections, and machines for processing agricultural, plantation and livestock products. In calculating the level of measurement of CV employee performance. Various Independent Techniques in research carried out through distributing questionnaires, the results of the HRSC method were obtained. The results of the questionnaire were tested for validity and reliability tests, obtained and r table of 0.444 and r hi tug of 0.467 and were declared valid and in the reliability test the variable value was obtained at 0.689 and was declared reliable. In the AHP method, performance measurement results obtained based on comparative questionnaire calculations showed that: Personal perspective criteria are the most important criteria for measuring human resource performance at CV. Aneka Teknik Mandiri with a weight value of 0.29 or 29%, next are the Perspective compensation criteria with a weight value of 0.26 or 26%, then the Prespective high performance criteria with a weight value of0.25 or 25% while the Prespective High Alignment criteria with a weight value 0.20 or 20%.
